Our Parish Mission Statement
To be a welcoming community that worships God, serves others and makes new disciples in grace with Christ.
St Francis & St Clare was started in 2011 in what was then the new housing estate of Jennett’s Park. It was planted out of the Parish Church of St Michael & St Mary Magdalene and is still a part of that parish.
The vision then was to start a new church community which was particularly welcoming and inclusive of families, and to establish a Christian presence in Jennett’s Park.
We have since evolved into a Family Friendly service which is contemporary but which still revolves around the sacramental tradition of the parish we have been planted in. Our congregation is drawn from all over Bracknell and all are welcome to join us.
