Baptism (Christenings)

At a Christening, also known as a Baptism, we welcome a new person into the family of the church. Many are baptised as a baby, but you can be baptised at any age. Baptism marks the beginning of a lifelong journey of faith as a member of the local and worldwide Christian family.

If you would like to have your child christened then we would love to hear from you! You can choose to have your child baptised either at the parish church of St Michael & St Mary Magdalene, Easthampstead or at St Francis & St Clare which meets in Jennett’s Park School Hall. To arrange a baptism, you will need to visit the Parish Office: Tuesdays 3:30-4:30pm and Wednesdays 6-7:30pm. If you would like an informal conversation then contact Rev’d Carol or the Parish Office.
